NIRVANA” is the painting of Lord ‪#‎Buddha‬ that I have done in my unique Madhubani style.
When Buddha was about to take Mahasamadhi, he is supposed to have lied down. ‘Nirvana’ is the transcendent state where the soul liberates from sufferings and desires; and the body blends into Panchtatva from where it had evolved in the first place.
In the white circles are the symbols of Panchtatva: The five elements- Prithvi (earth), Apas, (Water), Tejas (Light), Maruta (Wind) and Vyom (void) Paintings of sleeping Buddha emits energy of peace, calm, serenity and simplicity.
