The tree of life is admittedly a common metaphor for the interconnectedness of all life forms on earth in myriad world mythologies Here, it may be more synonym for a sacred tree than an evolutionary metaphor for shared descent.

It’s a work done in monochrome style where I have used black and white with small splashes of red and yellow.
